Thank you for joining us at the 2026 Beaver Valley Climbing Festival, presented by Patagonia and hosted by the Ontario Alliance of Climbers.  Below you’ll find a few key points of information to make the most of the event. Looking forward to seeing you there! 

CHECK-IN AND REGISTRATION

Please check in at the registration table (the OAC tent) upon arrival at the festival.  Registration will take place throughout the weekend and is a way for us to provide you with your wristband and raffle tickets, and answer any questions.

LOCATION

The festival is located at McNichol Firewood (588004 9th Sideroad, Ravenna, Ontario).

Festival signage will be placed along the road at the entrance of the property.

LOGISTICS

Please keep in mind that there is no electricity onsite, so consider bringing a powerbank to charge phones, etc. 

We highly suggest packing the following items in addition to your climbing and camping gear: 

• Cash for raffle tickets (in case we experience any connectivity issues for card purchases)

• Reusable mug, plate and cutlery to help us reduce waste

• Camp chair and/or picnic blanket

• Headlamp

• Weather-appropriate clothing

• Powerbank to charge phones, etc.

• Yoga mat if you wish to participate in complimentary sessions

• **Please note that demo gear such as shoes & harnesses will be available but not guaranteed; please plan to rely on your own climbing gear.

DINNER, RAFFLE AND ENTERTAINMENT

Whichever crag you decide to climb at on Saturday, make sure you return in time for our evening festivities. Dinner will be served at 6:00pm, followed by our mega raffle -- undoubtedly one of the main highlights of the weekend! 

You'll receive three raffle tickets when you check-in at the OAC registration deck, but we'll also have lots for sale for more chances at winning! Consider bringing cash for raffle tickets in case we experience any connectivity issues for card purchases.

And then we'll kick back to enjoy the bonfire and some music!
