Hey Climbers,

We are almost ready to kick off! You should already have received our official Welcome Email with The Guidebook describing all the core festival details, but we have three exciting (and one less exciting) last-minute additions - and two of them mean you’ll want to pack a few extra items:

• Patagonia Repair Station: Bring your clothing and gear that needs minor repair! Patagonia will be on-site hosting a repair station to fix minor tears, detached buttons, small holes, and replace zipper pulls.

• Wild Rock Gear Trade-In: Clean out your closet! Bring your gently used outdoor gear and clothing (must be clean, stain-free, hole-free, functional) to earn Wild Rock Outfitters credit toward your next purchase! They offer both new and used outdoor gear & apparel. Check the link to see what they accept for trade-in. 

• Collingwood Brewery on Saturday Night: Collingwood Brewery will be joining us Saturday evening selling cold drinks so we can all toast to a great day on the rock.

• OAC Waiver:  Upon registering in-person at the festival, you will be asked to sign a release of liability. We’ve attached it here for your reference if you’d like to read it ahead of time.
